Domain Scammer from DP Solution

If I sell you something and you do a dispute the charge and say you never bought anything from me then I will receive a letter containing the charge back info to which I must respond with proof that you bought something from me. If I can't prove it I lose and you get the product and the $$$ back. If I provide proof that you purchased the product then of course I win. This is essentially what paypal is doing. You cant prove that you delivered the product to the buyer so they take the reverse the charge.

So the obvious yet pain in the ass way to protect yourself is to fedex the domain access information to the buyer. Once they accept delivery you have proof that you have sold them something. Also don't list it as «service».

If you sell a domain and the buyer is paying via paypal send them and select «goods other» and require a shipping address in the notes section and also when making the payment arrangements with the buyer. You can also describe the sale in notes as «hard copy of domain name guide» and send a paragraph on a piece of paper to the buyers address.

Its all a pain in the butt and really applies to domains over a few hundred bucks.
